Mariana began as the Tokyo brainchild of UK DJ Dave Twomey, who started this party to promote and play the kind of music that he felt was missing in the Tokyo scene. A deep, underground sound. Dave passed away in the summer of 2013 and his friends have decided to carry on with the Mariana name in his honour. So we welcome you to Mariana 2.0 Hopefully a chance for old friends to reconnect around the person we miss and the music we love, as well as welcome new friends to discover the music that Dave meant to bring to the Tokyo scene.
Once again our good friend Peter Van Hoesen will be providing the soundtrack and bringing with him an exciting guest in the form of Marco Shuttle. This should not be missed...

Dave Twomeyのスピリットを受け継ぐ伝説のパーティが再び
UKから東京に移住したDJ Dave Twomeyが、東京のシーンに足りないと感じたディープでアンダーグラウンドなサウンドを発信していくためにスタートさせた“MARIANA”。Daveは一昨年惜しまれながら他界してしまったのだが、彼の遺志を継ぐ者たちが昨年パーティを復活させ、そしてこの夜また1年ぶりに開催されることとなった。当日は、昨年に続きベルリンのBerghainやロンドンのFabricなど世界のトップクラブで活躍するPeter Van Hoesenが登場する他、昨年の“THE LABYRINTH”で数多くのオーディエンスを魅了したMarco Shuttleが2回目の来日を果たす。彼らが紡ぐDaveが愛してやまなかった音世界を、リアルに感じてほしい。
