Resident Advisor Limited (“Us”, “We”, “Our”) is the data controller of your Information for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). We work closely with other companies within our group of companies to provide our website and our apps to you and any reference to “Us”, “We” or “Our” within this Privacy Policy includes Resident Advisor Tickets Limited and any parent companies, direct or indirect subsidiary companies or other related undertakings within the Resident Advisor group of companies wherever located in the world as may exist from time to time. We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal information as that term is defined in the Act (“Information”). We comply with the principles of the Act and aim to maintain consistently high levels of best practice in our processing of your Information.

This Policy is intended to assist you in making informed decisions about your Information when using our website or one of our apps. By using our website or any of our mobile application software (“App(s)”), you consent to our collection and use of your Information as described in this policy. As you use our website or one of our Apps, Information such as location Information may also be passively collected by us through our use of Location Services, GPS, Bluetooth and other technologies. In addition, where you have provided us with the appropriate consents, we may also pass your Information to one or more of our group companies or other selected third parties for marketing purposes.
However, we are fully committed to ensuring the rights and obligations set out in the Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 are respected.
3.3 Behavioural Advertising
We believe that advertising is more interesting to you when it is relevant. Accordingly, where you have consented for us to do so we may customise the advertisements that you see based upon:

Under the Act you have the right to request a copy of the Information that we hold about you. There will be an administration fee of £10 (by cheque made payable to Resident Advisor Ltd) associated with this request and it will require two pieces of identification to prove your identity. Please note that:
- even if you delete Information, we may retain your Information as required by law; and
- we are not responsible for updating or removing your Information contained in the lists or databases of third parties who have been provided with Information as permitted by this Policy.
5. How we disclose your information to third parties
We may share your Information with third parties as specifically approved by you or under the circumstances described below.

Your browsing and interaction on any other website or your dealings with any other third party service provider, is subject to that website’s or third party service provider’s own rules and policies. We follow appropriate security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your Information so as to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. 9. RA Tickets
9.1 Sharing your information with promoters
RA sells tickets for events on behalf of venues or promoters. We refer to the venue or promoter from whom we obtain tickets to sell to you as our "Event Partner". When you buy a ticket from RA your personal information is shared between RA and its Event Partner for the particular event for which you are buying tickets.
Your personal information is used by RA to contact you by post, phone or by email when necessary in connection with ticket purchases and other transactions.
9.2 How we use you financial information
Financial information that RA collects is used to authorise payment and bill you for products and services. When you make a purchase on RA, your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies, banks and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Except as provided above, we will not share financial information with third parties without your prior consent.
