2006년에 유행했던 랩, 브레이크댄스, 스케이트보딩은 친구를 만드는데 있어 최고의 방법이면서도, 당시 음악에 영향을 미쳤다.
2008년에 결성된 프로듀서 팀 Twomanics는 독립 예술가들의 힙합이 진가를 갖고 빛나게 하기 위해 집중하였다.
그들은 새로운 예술적인 도전을 위해 Hannover에서 Berlin으로 옮겨, MySpace, Mixtapes & Candy 이후에 Mat.Joe는 리드미컬한 소울과 힙합 요소들로 그들만의 스타일 Crispy Housebeats 를 만들었다.
그 결과로 deep, dancefloor-qualified, warm, rough한 스타일을 구축할 수 있었다.
이러한 음악들은 그들이 지하철 안, 늦은 밤 샤워하던 중, 그리고 좋아하는 바에서 주로 영감을 받아 탄생하게 된다.
또한, 그들은 계속해서 새로운 아이디어를 스마트폰에 미친 듯이 저장한다. 비로소 그들의 진가는 스테이지에서 관객들의 환호로 입증된다.
Mat.Joe의 음악에 대한 사랑과 음악을 향한 진취적인 노력은 그들을 가동시키는 주 요소이다.

Back in 2006, Rap, Breakdance and Skateboarding were the passions that made them best buddies and this deep connection is reflected in their music, again and again. In 2008, they formed the producer team Twomanics and concentrated on authentic and credible hip hop productions for independent artists.
Originally from Hannover, they moved to Berlin for new artistic challenges and after MySpace, mixtapes and candy, Mat.Joe have found their own style: crispy Housebeats paired with rhythmic Soul and Hip Hop elements. The result is deep and dancefloor-qualified, warm and rough. Inspiration is found everywhere between subway rides, late night showers and favorite bars. New ideas are kept manically on every smartphone nearby. This is sound autism at the highest stage.
Mat.Joe's love for music and the ambition to improve are the main ingredients that keep the engine running.
