Room One is given over tonight to launching Gerd Janson’s fabric 89 album which sees release on August 19th. One of the most humble characters to emerge from the Frankfurt scene, his genuine dedication to music through his journalism, his label Running Back and DJing has made him one of the most compelling selectors of our time. Joining him for the celebration will be Rekids boss Radio Slave and Detroit house don Scott Grooves whose own cut Finished features on the release.
Over in Room Two we welcome back fellow fabric compilation alumni, Alan Fitzpatrick who’ll be bringing his expansive techno selections to the floor. Also coming to EC1 on the back of his 90’s era electronics inspired album Isle Of Real is Swedish talent Pär Grindvik. The pair join resident Terry Francis’ always impressive technoid cuts.
