Four to the floor brings DJ, producer and song writer, Defected records Hifi Sean to Liverpool
Hifi Sean currently known for his album 'FT' which he describes
as ‘electronic, psychedelic soul’. Released in 2016, the album boasts collaborations with an extraordinarily
diverse range of artists including some of the most significant underground musical icons of the past 40 years.
His current single “Testify” feat. Crystal Water reached #2 in the Shazam chart, #3 in the iTunes
Dance chart and spent 3 months in the top 30 singles.
With recent summer appearances at DEFECTED festival in Croatia and GLITTERBOX appearances both in Ibiza and London playing along side Louie Vega, Jellybean Benitez , Roger sanchez and Basement Jaxx , We are excited to bring him to Liverpool for the first time.

Derek has been working dance floors since the 70s from the early funk and soul through disco, jazz funk, electronica, through to house and back and everything in between, and even though his roots are from the soul/funk and disco era he includes a far wider spectrum in his diversity of sets and will often shift gears through various genres and described in the press as a musical paragon, someone who has mastered the art of working a dance floor without disappearing in his own agenda!
