Exploring the sounds that got us here brings us to early American techno legend, Charles Noel. New York City-based, electronic music producer Charles Noel worked quietly behind the scenes of electronic dance music throughout the 1990s, overseeing the experimental imprint called the 21-22 Corporation and being a core member of the legendary Ele_mental collective. His label featured a diverse palette of electronic music from ambient sounds scapes to hard techno bangers. His labels artist roster included artists from around the globe while releasing some of Ohio's best-regarded electronic music to date.
