国際的に高い認知度を誇る音楽レーベルmule musiqが14周年イベントを開催。Best 50 restrauntの常連にして、世界的に人気を集めるパリのトップレストラン”le chateaubriand”のオーナーシェフIñaki Aizpitarteが日本で初めてのポップアップディナーを富ヶ谷のレストランPATHにて開催。二夜限定のスペシャルディナーパーティー。
Inakiの盟友でありドイツの音楽レーベルkompaktの看板アーティストsuperpitcherとmule musiqを主宰するToshiya Kawasakiが少し変わったトロピカルな音楽をヴァイナルオンリーで選曲。
熱狂的なナチュラルワインコレクターでもあるkawasakiのコレクションから日本未入荷のワインを始め程よく熟成したヴィンテージワインをペアリング用にセレクトする。

Globally well-known music label mule musiqpresents special pop-up with owner chef of Le Chateaubriand, Inaki Aizpitarte for their 14 year anniversary.
Music by La Flame Blanca(Superpitcher) And Toshiya Kawasaki.
Toshiya Kawasaki, also known as a wine collector besides his career of music label owner. The wine pairing wines will be chosen from his collection such as vintage bottles of natural wine and some rare Japanese wines.
