With its 21st edition, Nachtdigital will remain true to its style and present a program full of musical adventures - with established and fresh acts sharing the stages for a thoroughly selected mixture of ravey energy, happy beach vibes, and challenging experiments. Following last year's path, Nachtdigital is once again placing special emphasis on live performances - this year also on the festival's Ambient Stage, which has become a true favourite among visitors and performers alike.
A truly novel concept is the "Featured Artist": While the double pack of Dance+Ambient sets has become almost sort of a standard for many DJs, it is the first time the organisers have asked an artist to perform three sets. You will need to search hard to find an artist as versatile as Jan Schulte a.k.a. Wolf Müller: Over the course of the weekend, he will perform three times - in completely different settings and constellations.
Label showcases used to be an integral part of the program for many years. One of the first ones in 2009 was hosted by the then newly founded Leipzig label KANN - and has remained in good memory to this day. KANN's tenth anniversary is taken as an excellent occasion to celebrate this with a second edition of the showcase.
