Her productions and sound also draw from more classic NY House influences, as well as releases from her label, NightChild Records.

A longtime DJ and sound engineer from NYC, Carlos Ruiz has performed at some of the city's most notable establishments including Cielo, Pacha and Sullivan Room. He co-founded NighChild Records with Rissa Garcia and has worked on co-productions with her in the past. He started Whatever in 2015 as a platform to release an array of music styles and artists.
