It’s about the sensory overload that a person experiences when they're introduced to something (or someone) for the first time. It’s also about clean slates, new beginnings, and introductions.

"We believe that when you buy a piece of clothing you are entitled to a narrative. We want to give a piece of us to you, to elevate a shirt or a pair of pants from necessity to wearable art. Noscento's vision is predicated on wearability, transparency, inclusion, and quality. We don’t feel wearable art should be inaccessible.
On the contrary, we think it should be the norm."
About the project:
Noscento is about an idea.
The idea is a simple one: work is more powerful if shared together under a common theme. The name Noscento is comprised of the Latin prefix “Nos” (meaning “our”) and the Latin suffix “cento,” referring to the Greek tradition of the patchwork poem—a work made up of many other works. The etymology of the brand’s name is also the basis for it’s constantly-evolving practice:
Each season takes a single theme and investigates it from the individual perspectives of designers, musicians, writers, filmmakers and photographers—presented together to create a holistic point of view on a given subject.
In the spirit of collaboration, Noscento seeks to form a unified collection of projects that (although seem different at first glance) share a point of view and drive home a theme through clothing, visuals, and sound. A feat that has thus far eluded the lifestyle brands of today.
The most integral part of the Noscento project, aside from the clothing, is the music. Debuting along with Noscento's first collection of ready-to-wear garments are the songs and albums created specifically for the collection itself. Come embrace the night with us!
