Open between 1995 and 2002, the seminal techno club Soma (experimental club) proved instrumental in the evolution of Spain's techno scene, regularly hosting the likes of Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin and Dave Clarke, James Ruskin, Oliver Ho, Steve Bicknell.. More than a decade since it shuttered, Soma will mark its return to the capital with a one-off showcase on Tuesday, May 1st. Alongside former staples Elesbaan, Xpansul and Hd Substance, top spanish techno artists Pelacha, Angel Molina, Pepo, and many more have been booked to headline.
