Argentina born FRANCO CINELLI’s rises as one of the most exciting Latin America DJs has seen him going from his
hometown of Rosario to taking the stage at some of the world’s leading clubs and venues like Watergate and weekend in Berlin, Harry Klein in Munich, Privilege and Ushuaïa in Ibiza and Cityfox in Zurich, along as starring in the line-up of acclaimed events such as MUTEK, Creamfields and SAMC.
Inspired by the sounds of Detroit and by his love for drums, he started producing his first tracks early on until his commercial breakthrough in 2005 thanks to his collaboration with Bruno Pronsato on the Picaro EP (ranking at n°7 on Groove magazine’s Top50 chart). A string of remixes of his track Sense followed shortly after, and an artistic friendship with the Spanish label Esperanza Records was the next step. Solo works and projects were released on famed imprints such as Hello.Repeat?, Adjunct, Weave, Sunset, Produkt, Claque Musique and International Freak Show.

If we talk about electronic dance music and think about a south american spot, our minds will quickly aim to Buenos Aires, a place where the name MARIANO needs no introduction.
Having discovered the piano and electronic music at his early youth thanks to his family, he grew up intensely interested in music. Being just a teenager he started to walk around every dance floor of his hometown (Rosario, where he was born and raised) and by the late 90's he started to mix records at a local pub. Over the next decade, he became a key player into the south american scene being booked for major events such as Time Warp (Argentina) and Creamfields (Argentina, Brasil, Peru). Mariano also became a regular guest at the best regional clubs like Pacha, State (Buenos Aires), Warung, D-Edge (Brasil), La Feria (Chile).
His sets, characterized by a deep hypnotic flow and soft mixing skills also captivated dance floors over the world as Club Der Visionaere in Berlin or Womb in Japan.
A true student of new technologies but also a vintage hardware lover, his versatility in the studio caused that -in one hand- artists like Ricardo Villalobos or Laurent Garnier played his music, and -in the other- major labels like Sony hired him for remixing duties.
After releasing an independient LP in 2009 and several works with friend's labels, he decided by 2012 to found one of his own, naming it GET SLOW. Years later he founded MICRA and also joined a project called LA MONTAÑA DISCOS with local friends.
Nowadays, with three vinyl labels on the run and more than fifteen years of a consolidated career he decided to start a new path using just his birthname.
