Praslea is one of the biggest names from the Romanian minimal techno wave of the last decade. He has been collaborating with names such as Raresh, El Cezere and Kozo and establishing his own record label Understand. He has played at ReSolute countless times and developed a fan base that stretches out across the world. Among his releases, Jurnal de Bord on [a:rpia:r], is a must listen and features other Romanian artists such as Cristi Cons.
Internationally, Vincent Lemieux is perhaps best known as one of the curators behind Montral’s MUTEK Montréal. Since the 2000s, he has been the trend-setter in Montreal’s conception of progressive electronic music. On a more personal level, Lemieux is everything from a curator, to a label owner to a DJ and promoter. He has done it all while transfusing everything with his indelible personal style. At the end of the day, it is his work as a deejay that has really pushed him to international recognition. His distinctive brand of micro house has found fervent followers all over the world, from Spain to Mexico, Chile and Argentina. After three years, we are happy to welcome him back for another night at ReSolute.
Montreal-based Magnanime will be displaying her skills in production this Friday with an exclusively curated live set. Real name Sara Magnan, raws inspiration from beat driven experimental techno, while infusing it with a forward moving house style. We’re really looking forward to hearing what Montreal has in store for us!
Montreal-based artist and part of the Ants crew, Nicolas Kehl plays the perfect blend of groovy beats and aerial melodies.
Debbie Doe and Luminescu are going to be performing a back to back set. From Montreal, we can expect a very diverse set brought by Debbie Doe who is a deep house head with a background in multimedia arts and Luminescu, an up & coming deejay from Montreal who draws inspiration from great names like Ricardo Villalobos and Petre Inspirescu.
