has been heavily involved in London’s diverse club scene since 2004. He had his debut release on CO-OP in 2007 as producer. Whilst releasing remixes, re-edits and original productions on several labels across the globe, Kay launched his own label round in motion 2010 which has been releasing vinyl from multiple artists from London, and received support from established DJs and producers such as David Mancuso, Gilles Peterson, Francois Kevorkian, Theo Parrish, Laurent Garnier and Bradley Zero to name a few.
Kay was a part of the trio who set up audiophile Japanese restaurant Brilliant Corners in 2013, and continue producing music today as well as producing a new reissue focused label Time Capsule.
As a DJ, Kay has been invited to numerous cities in Europe and Asia for the past decade. His sets carry the impression of an atomic collision of funk/jazz-infused energy with an electronic severity that you just can’t quite locate – a combination that has proven irresistible for dance floors repeatedly.

Belle bête has been involved in audiophile parties for 14 years +.
Co-founder of the infamous London based party “beauty and the Beat” and boss of the young self-titled label. The event is a free form, full on psychedelic party where, every month, we transport and set up our audiophile sound system for the night, have a dance and bring together friends and family, then bring everything home. The principles of these parties are very much inspirer from the NYC loft parties started by David Mancuso.
I have also been part of the “Lucky cloud sound system” along side David Mancuso, Colleen Murphy, Tim Lawrence and Jeremy Gilbert from start.
Running two residencies at the well-celebrated “Brilliant corners” in London (“TUNJI” and “Sarava”) and the occasional all night 7 hours set too.
In the past couple of years, we’ve been taking part in different festivals (FARR, Hougthon and Field day in the UK or Shapes in Switzerland), alongside the regular gigs across Europe.
