The festival comes in for a landing on Sunday in both the main room and dome of the SAT operating in parallel.
Downstairs unfurls with the glacial Icelandic snapshots of sound embedded in the immersive and musical dub techno of Yagya; beloved German producer Moomin debuts a live version of his emotive, chopped sample house, and Freerotation festival founders Steevio & Suzybee make their first North American appearance, improvising a modular set augmented with hand-drawn psychedelic-leaning animations.‘
The Satosphère houses a lineup that opens with an atmospheric, heady set from Acid Pauli, moves into a kinetic and swinging performance from Cómeme Records-associated, Norwegian producer, Charlotte Bendiks, an unexpectedly groovy electroacoustics, meets house music outing, from Simon Choini as DJ Voilà, and concludes with a jubilant final set from Acid Pauli in DJ mode.
