Accessibility:
24 Moons does not have wheelchair access due to a broken lift.
There is no ramp or lift access. The main room is up a flight of stairs with a railing, 12, steps followed by a landing and then another 12 steps. these stairs are carpeted with no contrasting edges. Access through venue is through front double doors.
We are in discussion with Darrebin Council & 24 Moons to try and change this for future events at the venue. We have been unable to obtain a floor plan from the venue.
Lighting:
We’ve asked to keep the lighting consistent, static and even throughout the venue. a consistent hue and no flashing or strobes. No smoke machine.

Safety Volunteers:
Some safety volunteers have been asked to be present throughout the night, if you require assistance in anyway. Eg: a middle person between security or staff, feel unsafe in anyway, need to be shown where the ‘chill out’ area with reduced loudness / some dampening is, find friends, able to provide pen and paper for written communication. etc.
They will be identifiable wearing lanyards, with coloured paper, with the text ‘volunteer’ printed.

Free wifi available upon request from staff. This does not work downstairs at door / cloakroom area.
