This year Frequencies 2018 | Summit of Electronic Music and Digital Art premieres showcases in night format.
Thus, the poster Frequency 2018 was made up of Renato Ratier Brazil (DJ and producer in addition to the renowned club paulista D.EDGE owner), Argentine Gonzalo Solimano (owner Unlock Recordings and director of MUTEK Argentina and ArtLab), the Chilean bruxism ( "the Dream of home ownership"), Claudio Solís (founder Water and Thirst), the electronic band Colayuta, Greyhead (founder of K-84 Records, UTCH Records), Jagg Barcelona (founder of Black Swan Records), Kinetica (winner in the category "Best electronic music artist" of 2018 Press Awards), Marco Latrach (Leuchtturm Records founder), Merci Merci (Island Records) and TFried (Records founder Cetacea). It is worth mentioning the diversity of the musical spectrum that goes from experimental genres to electronic pop, going through more classic styles such as house and techno, to minimal, deep house, dub techno and also genres not specifically aimed at the dance floor.
These showcases, unlike the 2017 edition, will debut in a night format in three clubs in Santiago, starting on Friday, September 28 with the Frequency Opening Party at Club La Feria. The showcases will continue the next day, Saturday 29 in Santo Remedio. Sunday 30 at night is the last day of showcases and closing party in La Casona by Hilda Parra.
