When it comes to Irish producers, few have been more inspiring in recent years than David Kitt / New Jackson and Lumigraph. Both as diverse as they come in their productions, New Jackson's haunting, textured sounds have seen him release on highly-esteemed labels such as Hivern Discs, Maeve, All City, and Permanent Vacation, while Lumigraph's expansive & gritty sound has shone through in his releases on Jheri Tracks and Mister Saturday Night.
It will come as no surprise to hear how excited we were to see them finally pair up on a full release, which came in 2018 with their 'Dull Clunk' LP, released on Dublin institute Major Problems. With a successful year showcasing their unique combined sound at Red Light Radio, Drop Everything, and an upcoming headline set at Open Ear Festival this Summer, it is both a rare and special experience to capture these two playing together in a club setting.
