On May 31st, in Kyiv, Ukraine old school DJ-set will be played by cult Bristol duo Stanton Warriors!
They will become the headliner of the "Reivah #1" - the first of a series of events aimed to promote underground electronic music in the Ukrainian capital and occupy "joyful" rave niche, inspired by the '90s dance culture.
We are inspired by the good old times, at the turn of the '80s and '90s. When, after the so-called Second Love of Summer, the culture of warehouse raves bloomed in Britain. Then thousands of people were dancing to the crazy mixture of techno, electric, jungle, breakbeat and acid house, not particularly pondering over the styles. But as much as possible plunging into the feeling of happiness, musical positivity and joyful groove.
What we, in fact, are trying to revive here in Kyiv. Let's make rave jouful again!
