Fearful is a producer who has been fiercely cutting his own path into the sphere of club-focussed electronic music, with a dedicated ethic of fusing together a multitude of genres and tempos into his work. Utilising ideas found drum and bass, halftime, techno and hip hop, and integrating them into an inimitable fusion of futuristic sonic creations that is undeniably his own concept. With a series of impactful releases behind him, including the recent INTERFERENCE LP on DIFFERENT MUSIC, which was recognized as one of the best LPs of 2018 by UKF, and collaborations on FLEXOUT alongside fellow bass explorers AMOSS, ARKAIK and HYROGLIFICS. With support to date from across the scene, as well as high profile portals such as Mix Mag and DJ Mag, FEARFUL’s creations are increasingly respected. With further music expected on MethLab Recordings, new bounds are imminently going to be broken.
His Dj sets move through a variety of genres fluidly, sustaining a stark future perspective, laced with dystopian attitude. FEARFUL counts artists such as Amon Tobin, Ital Tek, Noisia, Lorn and Special Request amongst his influences, and the rich diversity and detailed production of these rich roots shines through this talented rising artist.
