Endless Grooves presents the next instalment from our party series representing the very best in soulful, underground dance music.
This time around we invite Chicago’s very own Amir Alexander to the party.
Having built a name for himself as a renowned DJ and producer since 1993, Amir brings a raw and gritty modern spin on classic Detroit, Chicago and New York underground sounds.
Founding his label Vanguard Sound in 2006, his production style and dusty rhythms have been praised by DJs worldwide, with releases spanning Chicago’s Bearatone Recordings and Argot, New York’s Plan B, Frankfurt’s Deep Vibes, as well as London’s Hype LTD and Secretsundaze.
Touring since 2012, he’s graced venues from Tresor and Panorama Bar in Berlin, Rex and Concrete in Paris through to Secretsundaze in London, and now joins our party on his Australian tour.
