Bank Holiday Sunday we present a 12 hour Beach Party, featuring Resonance bosses Max Chapman & George Smeddles.
We have been trying to get Max back to Brighton for some time now. He is on fire at the minute with releases on Hot Creations, Kaluki Musik & Solardo's "Sola" label. He is one of the most in demand DJ's at the minute!
Max’s first EP, the Lost EP on Electronique Digital, won instant acclaim – with “Don’t Go” being featured on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 show, and instantly shooting to the top of the Beatport Charts. Further productions are forthcoming later this year on Jamie Jones’ and Lee Foss’ iconic Hot Waves imprint, as well as more material on Lower East and Kaluki.
George Smeddles is having the best year of his career. Perhaps one of the most repeatedly championed artists to power through the ranks in recent years, George Smeddles is a name that many people associate with a distinct sound and certain level of production. He has wasted no time getting his teeth into some of the biggest labels in the business either, with heavily-supported releases on the likes of Sola, Relief, Do Not Sleep, VIVa, NoExcuse and more. Already having played the likes of fabriclondon, Sankeys Ibiza, Ministry of Sound, Egg London and many more, we can't wait to bring him back down to Maidstone for our 4th party of the year.
