FESTIVAL de FRUE invites you to its 3rd year as an outdoor music festival at Kakegawa, Shizuoka’s Tsumagoi Resort Sainosato, under its mission to “resound soul-shimmering music experience”.
Featuring Tom Zé as headliner, who will miraculously achieve his first visit to Japan, we have grown our musical forest¬ – jazz, rock, electronic, techno, experimental, tribal¬ – ready to welcome anyone to dive in from any angle. Here, with your ears and heart wide open, you may find your very own fruit under the sky of late autumn.

The HALL:
With a roof covering the stage and auditorium, this semi-outdoor venue has 800 seats installed in the rear. No worries of rainy weather, and pleasant place to chill for outdoor music festival beginners too.
GRASS STAGE:
Grass Stage will be installed on the green lawn amid the forest. Don’t hesitate to rest on the grass or dance barefoot.

NOTICE
About the Weather:
Since Kakegawa, Shizuoka is located at a low elevation of 30 meters, you can wear short sleeves and stay comfortable even in early November daytime. The hurricane season ends, the autumn rain front eliminates, and Japan becomes covered with mobile high pressure, creating a beautiful clear blue sky.
During night, a blouson or light down jacket will do to keep away the chill. However, if you are camping outdoor please be well prepared for any condition.
Kakegawa Tsumagoi Hot Spring “Shinrin no Yu”:
Bath and sauna is available on site.

●Camp site ticket is necessary per person. Children of age 12 and younger may enter/camp free.
●Camping only for those under the age of 18 are not permitted by the law. Please participate with a parenting adult.
●Please use the camp site for pasting tents within 5x5 meters. Please refrain from using extra space.
●Please prepare tents and bedding equipment, considering the lowest temperature during early November may be around 10℃.
●First come first served at the camp site. Please note the camp site (usually a golf course) may have slopes.
●There are prohibited areas for camping. Please follow instructions at site.
●Bringing in animals such as pets, bottles & cans, explosives such as fireworks, and other dangerous materials prohibited by the law is restricted.
●Usage of fire including barbecue is strictly prohibited inside the camp site. Please buy and eat meals at the food area.
●Cars cannot come inside the camp site. In addition, you cannot come directly to the venue by car. Please buy parking ticket and park your car at a designated parking lot and walk to the camp site. There is also an excursion bus running inside Tsumagoi Resort. If you are coming by train, please use a shuttle bus via Kakegawa Station. It takes around 20 mins walk from the venue entrance to the camp site.
