The summer is almost gone, and the K-k's crew hold a big throw as a closing event and invited two underrated key figures from the international electronic music scene. These two dutch guys are working a lot for our community.
Mitchell Goor is a talented rotterdam-based producer. His first two releases came out on two legendary labels like Pinkman and Lux Rec's MRT series.
If we would like to understand his music, we should know that Goor is someone who does not keen on public appearance. He works in the dark, puts together relentless drum patterns and brooding melodies and his restrained, elegant, melancholic music penetrate into our souls. Sometimes he roams in classic club genres like House and Techno as he did with his Norse common project with Mario Castillo.
As a DJ he plays a variety of music in his sets that always ends up being a whole, even when he plays in a Radio or in a Club.
Let's turn our focus to his other activities as a scene hero: because he's the one who started the label called Common Thread, and it's first release was by Black Merlin and later follow another EP by him. This is also the label where now the well-known Identified Patient had a chance to release in the very first time!
Besides he is one of the key figure behind the 25 years old electronic music distribution, the Triple Vision where he supports lot of labels. Beyond these, he also started to work as a teacher, where he helps for disadvantaged young people.

He is a busy man - as we can read about him and it is true. Although he is not a producer, but he is an excellent DJ, who can find all of the perfect music in his record bag for every situation in a club. Even if it needs a groovy bassline or a strong rhythmical tracks or acid, house, techno, electro, disco, whatever what kind of genres between '70/'80 or contemporary music. He played across Europe's bests clubs in the last 10 years and soon he will come to LÄRM after the Glitch Festival in Malta.
Beside of his DJ carrier he runs two labels, Midlight Records and Baltermore Isle. Where he released EPs by such a great and legendary artis like Frak, Das Ding, Beta Evers, Mark Du Mosch and Conforce aka Versalife's Vernon Felicity project.
Furthermore he works at the well-know Clone Distribution, have shows and support legendary online radio like Intergalacitc FM, Red Light Radio and Operator radio. Last but not least, he is the co-founder of the Phuture West agency, where he works with such an amazing artists like David Vunk, Intergalactic Gary, Mick Wills, Palmobomen, Serge, Unit Moebius, etc.
Local support are Imre Kiss and Max Sinclair who represent two hungarian labels CRISIS and Dalmata Daniel and being active as DJs and promoters in the electronic music scene in Budapest since year
