To finish up the month in style, we have a very special treat all the way from London - A DJ and producer with a specialized approach to dance music, with descriptions veering away from conventional vagueness and finding greater representation by tags such as ‘Cybernetic Wilderness’ and ‘Nu-shamanic disco’.
Mytron has released on many of our favorite labels, and is responsible for some the kind of strange and beautiful sounds that really get us going. He is able to synthesize anything from psychedelic electro-African rollers colliding with twisted disco movements and zombie Latin drones, ritualistic disco and other sonic anomalies into a coherent and party-ready cocktail that is ready to power a dance floor into a morning.
Mytron will be joined by a premium selection of local agents also on the bill - the magician from Morocco known as Youss with his house and techno tricks, the Californian that’s actually from outer space called Starchild, and The Obs’ own digger extraordinaire Datodeo back for Round 2 this weekend.
