どっしりとしたハウスグルーヴを軸に粒立ちあらいエレクトロなど異色の要素を大胆に散りばめるShanti Celesteと、Rinse FMを起点に純粋にDJとしてキャリアを築いてきたJosey Rebelle。多彩な音楽スタイルを横断しながら個性あふれる表現を生み出すふたりのDJが、Contactの夜を独創的に染め上げる！
ブリストルでキャリアをスタートし、ベルリンに移住したあとも活動の幅を広げているShanti Celesteの魅力はなんといっても、あたたかく喜びに満ちたダンスミュージックに対するセンスだ。〈Future Times〉〈Apron〉〈Secretsundaze〉、そして自ら立ち上げた〈Peach Discs〉から発表するポジティブな情熱を讃えるハツラツとしたトラックを通じて、プロデューサー、そしてレーベルオーナーとしても独自性を発揮中だ。
一方のJosey Rebelleもおもしろい。近年、飛躍的に人気が台頭している理由は実にシンプル。唯一無二の個性に満ちたDJスタイルだ。多彩なジャンルの最新形のいい部分を抽出して、ミキサー経由で自らの表現を具体化させる卓越したセットは、昨年のRainbow Disco Clubに参加した人のあいだで語り草に。もちろん、Studio Xフロアに再登場となるこの夜も熱烈な反響を呼ぶことは間違いない！
そんな2人と共に、UKベースを軸にテクノやハウスをプレイするCHANGSIE、FLATTOPを主宰するYELLOWUHURU、bungoが登場し一夜をサポート。Contactフロアへは、国内のクラブのみならず多方面で活躍するMayurashka、若手注目クルーCYK、スイス銀行を主催するNobutaとCALPISSのユニットBUTA☆PISSが集結する。
そしてFoyerフロアには、Contactの平日を熱く盛り上げているCIRCLEが週末に初登場。オーガニックなサウンドからエレクトロニックなトラックまでをクロスオーヴァーさせ、幅広い選曲を可能にするハードディガー揃いのCIRCLEが、絶対的な心地よい空間を作り上げる。FoyerフロアでのSTONE63のライヴペイントも見逃せない。

Shanti Celeste has worked tirelessly to build up a reputation as a widely celebrated producer, DJ and label boss. Her career began in Bristol – it wasn’t long before she rose in prominence as a DJ thanks to her innate instinct for warm, pleasure-inducing dance music across genre lines. This bled into her productions – effervescent tracks that celebrate positivity and passion. She’s since relocated to Berlin, and her career has continued to ascend. From releases on labels like Future Times, Apron and Secretsundaze to launching her own Peach Discs, Celeste has achieved a lot while continuing to captivate as a DJ.
From her roots on Rinse FM, Josey Rebelle’s path has been more purely focused on DJing. Her profile has risen sharply in recent times for one pure and simple reason – her gifted style is out of this world. Taking the best of so many kinds of upfront music, Rebelle blends, cuts and chops with pure expression. Her standout set at last year’s Rainbow Disco Club festival was on everybody’s lips, so you can expect her to receive a rapturous response when she returns to rock the Studio X floor.
Supporting the headliners, heavily influenced by the sounds of UK, are CHANGSIE, FLATTOP’s organizer YELLOWUHURU, and bungo. In the Contact floor, Mayurashka, CYK crew, Nobuta and CALPISS’s unit BUTA☆PISS will be leading the pack of local DJs.
CIRCLE, a regular weeknight party at Contact, will be curating the Foyer floor for their first weekend edition featuring a live painting session by STONE63. With their sounds ranging from organic to electronics, we can count on them to create a warm and cozy atmosphere.
