After multiple successful launches in Olomouc and Brno, art event collective #NoShit is heading to Prague for the first time. On September the 21st Prague’s river island, Štvanice, will transform into electro headquarters. Be prepared, this premiere will be of fatal admission! Enter at your own risk.
Legendary revived music and dance club, FUCHS2, is proud to host #NoShit’s headliner, french electro producer DANGER. His new album, Origins, will stir the poet in your square and megabyte your comprehension. The artist explains - “Growing up, I spent a lot of time playing video games. It taught me to appreciate and understand music.” DANGER started producing his first 8-bit chip-tunes with old school gear such as the Amiga or Atari. His dark armor and beaming eyes came to life in 2007, snatching fans and listeners hostage in the realm of his bass pulse.
Pulsating from next door Germany, #NoShit’s second guest is Persian Empire. His freshest EP ABOUT//BLANK was released just this last June. Amongst other electronic genres, his music comes together through downbeat, post-dubstep, 2-step garage wrapped in a jazzy haze. The result: levitating tip-toes with a snag of heart-sunk warmth. Implausible? We're gonna hate to tell you - told you soooooo.
The evening will blast-off with our local modular representatives such as HRTL, Midub Sound and Citty. Just to make sure we don’t loose ground with mother earth, #NoShit lured in electro- songwriting projects Sundays on Clarendon Road and Elsewhere.
