For this instalment of Mash Banger we continue to bring together a kaleidoscopic mix of
musicians and selectors to perform, collaborate and experiment for your sonic pleasure.
Fred und Luna
Fred und Luna are two mannequins living in a fashion boutique in Karlsruhe/Germany,
doing their self-described Elektrokraut music (Krautrock with electronic elements)
and Krautelektro music (Elektro with krautish elements).
Outside the boutique, for live shows, they are represented by Sugar Ray Buckmiller as Fred ... and an always changing Luna of his choice.

Karsten Pflum will peform in the middle of the
dance floor surrounded by a wide or small
range of gear and techniques -
old school outboard samplers and synthesisers.
The output is often full of references to genres, gear and techniques.
The music varies from tight funky beat driven IDM,
electro and jungle to quirky melody lines, abstract soundscapes and lush ambience, tied together with creative programming and treatment.
Karsten Pflum is a restlessly creative Danish electronic musician who has built a wide-ranging discography, releasing music since 2002 on various labels such as Worm Interface,
Rump Recordings, Touched Music, Caoutchou Records, Hymen, Ad Noiseam and Mindwaves.

French-born Berlin-based producer he makes a point of crushing all limitations imposed upon us by the tech-house powers that be.

Head operator of the rising – host to a couple of excellent VAs Benoit B is slowly but surely making his mark in the Berlin scene, breathing some fresh air into a sometimes stale and smug environment.
