『ニューヨークで注目を集める新興ハウスコレクティブ』
ニューヨークを拠点に開催するMister Saturday Nightで世界的な評価を獲得してきたJustin CarterとEamon HarkinがContactに帰還！ ハウスミュージックを築き上げてきたニューヨークの歴史を継承するふたりが、先進的な音楽性と心に響く表現を組み合わせて、たまり場のような居心地の良い空間を作り上げる。Anthony NaplesやArchie Pelagoらの魅惑のサウンドのほか、Keita SanoやJun Kamodaといった国内アーティストの作品、そして傑作ミックス「Weekends And Beginnings」のリリースも手掛けるなど、レーベル運営でも手腕を発揮しているMister Saturday Night。オープン当初のContactでも、思わず笑顔がこぼれる一体感を作り上げたふたりが、今回も忘れられない夜を演出する。
Mister Saturday Nightによる品質保証の個性的なDJセットにくわえて、今回のフロアには凄腕のハウスダンサーたちが参加。Boiler RoomとMister Saturday Nightの共同開催で話題になった盛り上がりを、ここContactでも作り上げる。
なおこのイベントはSHIBUYA Entertainment Festival 2019 (http://sef.tokyo/) のプログラムに含まれており、リストバンドの購入で渋谷の16会場で行われているイベントに入場可能だ。多彩な音楽ファンの好みに対応するさまざまなサウンドで満ちた刺激的な巡回イベントになりそうだ。

Justin Carter and Eamon Harkin have earned themselves a global renown for their New York-based Mister Saturday Night parties. Carrying on the city’s legacy of pioneering house music, they’ve built up a family atmosphere that combines forward-thinking musicality with heartfelt expression. As well as their events, Mister Saturday Night also forms a record label that has released spellbinding sounds from artists such as Anthony Naples, Archie Pelago, Keita Sano and Jun Kamoda, as well as carrying Carter and Harkin’s essential Weekends And Beginnings mix album. When Contact opened in 2016, the duo were one of first to bring their infectious vibes to the club, and now they return for another unforgettable session.
Adding to the peerless selections guaranteed by the Mister Saturday Night crew, this special session at Contact will also feature a team of highly skilled house dancers adding to the heated atmosphere with dexterous moves echoing the incredible scenes in the now-notorious Boiler Room & Mister Saturday Night showcases.
