We hope you don’t have to reach too far into your thawing mind to remember us. We’d say we’re back, but we never left.
This February, Something Unlimited reignites the thrusters of the technicolour dream machine, for its second journey into the sun.
The Northcote Town Hall is again the canvas for this madness, but not as it once was. A room once full is now empty, but for the echo of last year’s memories.
Our 2020 instalment is anything but, a fuzzy haze of visual art, music and food that wanders deep into the corridors of your mind.
Ride with us again 🐍 🕛Limitlessness is the only constant 🍇
SOMETHING ABOUT THE SPACE
The Northcote Town Hall will once again be your playground, but not as it once was. In 2020, we move literally and figuratively up George Johnson’s lavish main staircase, opening doors previously closed on levels two and three.
The studio will remain as dark and brooding as the main hall is bright and joyous, while the glorious courtyard offers a necessary reprieve from the immersive maze inside.
SOMETHING ABOUT THE MUSIC
If it ain’t broke.
This February, Something Unlimited once again welcomes a blend of consummate local and international bands and DJs. 1st Round lineup released tomorrow.
SOMETHING ABOUT THE ART
Something Unlimited welcomes yet another terrifically bizarre visual identity from the melted minds at Confetti Studio. Their vision continues to offer more questions than answers.
The Town Hall labyrinth will showcase myriad visual and immersive experiences, conducted under the watchful eye of master mind bender Mikaela Stafford. Full art details announced Thursday.

SOMETHING ABOUT THE FOOD & DRINK
Tell us what you eat, and we will tell you what you are.
Help Yourself. A feast with the best view in the city perhaps?
Don’t miss the oysters this time…
Alcohol carries the pleasures of the palate to their highest degree. You better believe we have some truly special drops for you all to taste.
SOMETHING ABOUT THE FOOTPRINT
Something Unlimited encourages a damn fine time, but prides itself on its best practice waste management and approach to environment sustainability. It maintains a no vibe approach on single use plastics.
SOMETHING UNLIMITED.

The City of Darebin is located on the stolen lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge that they are the traditional owners of this land and pay respects to their elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, and no treaty has been signed.
