Wednesday, October 30 is the soft launch of a new monthly party, Static — a weeknight house showcase where we will be playing the best minimal, deep and classic house cuts. This is a collaborative project between house DJ and vocalist Charlie Sputnik (Sonar Kollektiv, Shaboom Records) who has recorded with Chaka Khan, and appeared on tracks with DJ Sneak, Manuel Tur, and Larse, Shelby Brage, the force behind Rhythm Rapport — one of LA’s best undergrounds — and Zoraya, long time Dublab radio of the monthly spaced-out techno show Phuture Perfect.
