More than 80 deaths have been reported in custody.
The Trump administration has lost more than 3,000 migrant children, with no way of locating them.
In February 2019, a D.H.S. report shows that 4,556 children have been assaulted in the custody of the DHS’ office of Refuse Resettlement in the last 4 years.
