Romi may be a familiar face to many, starting first as a punter on the dance floor, before finding his way behind the decks to soundtrack many a hazy night at Social Room and other events. A regular mainstay on The Observatory, if you’ve shared a night with the man himself, you’ll see how he can work the crowd into a hypnotic stomp with his somber tones and introspective melodies, often taking the audience through a dizzying barrage of peaks and troughs, of tension and relief.
In addition to performing at venues and festivals, Romi has held residencies at some of Asia most renowned clubs including Yumla (Hong Kong), Midnight & Co., Oma(Hong Kong), Social Room (HK), Bassment (HK) and also played sets at Korner (Taipei). Currently Resident at Mystik (Seoul), you can also find him playing at The Observatory (Saigon) frequently.
