In the beginning stages of the Sydney lock outs Picnic’s Carly Roberts worked quite closely with Keep Sydney Open’s Tyson Koh to help mobilise our city to rally against the governments vendetta on our night time economy, often from the hub of Harpoon Harry where Picnic Social Sundays where held at the time.
Five years on, KSO can celebrate their biggest win yet as our city is about to be handed back the hours between 1.30am – 3am and they’re teaming up with Picnic and Harpoon Harry asking you to mobilise once again; this time to dance at our 10th House Party to celebrate this huge win for our city.
Picnic has enlisted the sought after dance instructing skills of New York’s most famous radio DJ – Beats In Space’s Tim Sweeney – and an absolute round up of Picnic’s regular DJs at Harpoon Harry; where’s their just celebrated three years booking the weekend music!
Everyone from Moodymann, Chez Damier, Mood II Swing, Rick Wilhite, Harvey Sutherland, Seb Wildblood, Jayda G, Moxie, Lone, Project Pablo, Tornado Wallace, Sleep D, Wax’O Paradiso, Late Nite Tuff Guy, Mr Sweeney himself and long (long list) of local heroes have helped shape the current sound of Sydney’s most well programmed weekend destination, and now Harry’s is finally unlocked…

Picnic Touring & Events, Harpoon Harry and Keep Sydney Open Party have agreed to donate 10% OF ALL REVENUE ON THE NIGHT TO WIRES and RFS.
Our artists have also agreed to donate 10% of their fees and we'll have numerous donation buckets in the venue.
Celebrating the end of these devastating lock outs is important, but more important is everyone coming together to ease the pain of our burnt country and all those she houses; from humans to animals and other wildlife we can't believe what we're seeing.
Our hearts and our pockets are committed and a portion of every ticket, bite to eat or beverage sold will be part of this huge team effort ❤️
