We started this night in May 2005 just for fun never thinking it would turn into anything special. We hoped to get 150 people in the 1st event, so when 1200 turned up we were blown away to say the least! 1900 people came to the 2nd event and we haven't stopped since. (Well apart from the 5 years Gatecrasher bought our trademark name behind our backs) We had a break and all got different jobs helping to launch the o2 Academy and Distrikt Bar. After 5 years we rightfully managed to get our name back and brought it back on our 10th anniversary and since thrown 10 incredible parties including a festival arena and hosting the main arena at the Zoo Project.
The music's changed along the way, as we've got older our tastes have changed but it hasn't stopped us doing the one thing we set out to do is put on DJ's we liked which was always the priority. We also wanted to keep music styles varied in all 3 rooms giving upcoming local talent an opportunity as well as bringing a mixture of new and old headline names to Leeds.

MiNT WAREHOUSE REFURB
In 2020 we are undergoing an extensive transformation at Mint.
Whilst we keep the aesthetics of the main room under wraps, we can reveal the installation of the new bespoke Funktion One Evo 7 sound system used in conjunction with the main Glade arena at Glastonbury. The Sound clarity is a huge step above from the previous system.
Our terrace is getting the treatment also, a brand new outdoor space for our daytime parties.
Phase 2 will begin in the summer 2020 with new plans for the existing Loft and Boiler Room.
