Over the short time in our existence the guys at Don't Ask! have thrown some awesome parties and made some awesome friends to match! None more so that the magnificent Mistress de Funk!
With Radio1 and Sankeys residencies under her belt, and with new PeepShow label showing promising signs of success, the Manchester-born spinner is a true credit to years of tireless work and unwavering dedication to the cause!
Playing an enormous part in the whirlwind creation of Don't Ask!, smashing our second event in October '08, and inviting us down to play at North-West techno mecca Sankeys for their Circo Loco parties, we've always intended on showing our massive appreciation and inviting her back to our Attic for another road-block event.
Now, as we kick off 2010, the time seems right to unleash the Mistress' on our brand-new soundsystem and sparkling new dj set-up. (Thanks Revs!).
On her last outing the club was stretched well beyond capacity and this time around we expect no different. Thats why we're ticketing this event on a first-come first served basis and to make sure those who really want to be there can make 100% sure they get involved!
Thanks for all your support through 2009, we know you'll all be down in force for this one to kick off 2010!
