Los responsables de CS017 este aniversario tiran mas de corazón que de cabeza, de admiración que de resultado, de capricho que de números, y es que el cabeza de cartel de este aniversario, es el artista mas influyente a tiempo presente para los dos.
Anunciamos a viva voz que Benedikt Frey, estará con nosotros el 21 en formato dj, donde su ecléctica e infinita producción en la que se basan sus sets nos deja con la incógnita, de por donde coño nos va a salir, la sorpresa será el detonante de la noche de nuestro 4º aniversario.

Frey lanza su primer y discreto trabajo Escape / Indica en el 2010, en Aldebarán, lo que le hizo retroceder un par de años para poder avanzar. En 2012, había acumulado una gran cantidad de material, que distribuyó en tres sellos: Fairytale en Mule Electronics, Running in Circles en Live at Robert Johnson y Delinquencies, el último de los cuales lanzó a través de su reciente sello Love Pain Sunshine Rain (Lopasura) subsello de su sello matriz Serious Trouble, donde produce con hasta cinco combinaciones distintas de artistas y akas diferentes (#jatibe #INIT #Keys #dolphins #mehr) .
El artista una vez más encerró la mayor parte de su tiempo en el estudio otros dos años, sacando a la luz en 2015 cinco vinilos en seis meses; entre ellos estaba su innovador EP Ghosts en Creme Organization y un álbum de larga duración, Two Pole Resonance de 2015, grabado como INIT en colaboración con Nadia D'Alò y lanzado a través de Hivern Discs. Frey lanzó su EP debut para ESP Institute en 2016, titulado The Lobbyist, antes de lanzar su álbum debut en solitario y personalmente su obra maestra, Artificial de 2017, en el mismo sello. Pasó dos años grabando el álbum, decidiendo alejarse de un disco lleno de pistas de alto tempo, para poder expresar una versión más amplia de sus destartaladas producciones, en parte inspiradas en la música industrial. El EP remix para Artificial siguió en 2018, con productores como I:Cube, TOLOUSE LOW TRAX y DJ Normal 4 y DaLo .
Sus últimos trabajos hasta la fecha, New Now en Live at Robert Johnson y Cells en ESP Institute, estan cargados de electro, acid, slowtempo e industrial, lo que nos ayuda a intuir por donde nos puede salir.

Frey launches his first and discreet Escape / Indica work in 2010, in Aldebaran, which made him go back a couple of years to move forward. Veterano dj y productor, nacido en Barcelona, donde comenzó a finales del siglo XX su crecimiento artísico, pasando prácticamente por todos los colectivos y cabinas más punteras de la ciudad.
En 2006 decide expandir su carrera, buscar nuevos retos, y vuela alto a Frankfurt ciudad donde se forma y de donde vuelve después de dos años, con las ideas claras, y ni pizca de alemán.
En su segunda etapa en casa crea la etiqueta "Munitmusic" con sus amigos Stereonoise, Onicrom y Bombjack. Una etiqueta de música digital en la que podrían expresar su propia visión de la música electrónica underground. y edita en infinidad de sellos nacionales e internacionales, tocando en los mejores clubs y festivales del panorama nacional.
Su culo inquieto lo lleva a volver a hacer la maleta e irse a Trondheim, Noruega donde vive actualmente y crea su propio concepto de club, revolucionando la escena electrónica local.
Sus últimas producciones en Sonidos Distintos han tenido el apoyo de artistas como Pablo Bolívar, Angel Molina, Laurent Garnier, Sam Divine, Mirco Violi, Nick Holder, Tim Byrne, y mas.
El próximo martes sale su último trabajo en el reconocido sello Seven Villas Music, donde edita tres temas propios.
Después de casi cuatro años intentado cuadrar fechas para traerlo a un CS, por fín estará con nosotros, y el sábado 21 se hará un live b2b con el capo MarioF, y un desparrame de vinilos.

Empezó su carrera a los 21 años, y si los números no nos fallan, está de bodas de plata y este año llevará como melomano y jonkie indiscutible del formato vinilo 25 años llenando estanterías.
Raúl se sube profesionalmente en su primera cabina a principios de los noventa con el concepto Spunny en la discoteca Piu de Sabadell, desde ahí su adicción a los platos y por su puesto al EBM y sus subgéneros relacionados hasta el día de hoy, lo transportan a las mejores salas de Europa y a compartir escena con los mejores artistas del género, hasta la fecha.
Desde hace dos años dedica todo su tiempo libre y algo más que le araña al reloj, a su último proyecto como co-fundador y director del ya consolidado Ombra Festival.

Ha registrado en su corta vida mas de 15 tracks en diferentes sellos nacionales e internacionales, con la prioridad siempre de su plataforma donde cuenta con mas de 70 temas propios.
Cabe puntualizar que Mario es medio cerebro de este 4º aniversario, como lo fue en fin de año. Atrevido y multitasking, este rompepistas se atreve con cualquier formato, en live, dj. set, o mismo en un programa de radio, como te edita un disco, eso sí, ni se te ocurra darle unas fabes de lata.
La mayoría de sus producciones respiran matices techno y trance, aunque su groove esta hecho de otra pasta, y es el house lo que le pone cachondo.
Ecléctico musicólogo como es, viene a este festival con un live b2b con Pedro Sanmartín, y con un desparrame de vinilos, tanto el sábado como el domingo.
En la última década se hizo un hueco de titular en los clubs mas punteros de Barcelona como son Moog, City Hall, Razzmatazz, Becool, Apolo, Macarena, etc... o en ciudades y clubs como, Cosmos en Sevilla, Fame en Valladolid, o CUE Amsterdam, por mencionar algunos.
Actualmente dirige con Sergi Peña y Hector Pascual el programa de radio "mil i una nits", que una vez al mes se emite desde dublab.es.
También ha compartido selecciones musicales temáticas en Mots Radio o Sevendipia.
Ha defendido su directo analógico en Noruega, como invitado en la fiesta YILE en Trondheim, en la sala Apolo (Nitsa) o más recientemente en una Sinergia Privada. La improvisación y la respuesta del publico intervienen en su performance convirtiendo cada directo en algo único.
