Suzanne Ciani ist eine der elektronischen Musik, deren Musikstücke in zahlreichen Werbespots, Videospielen und Spielfilmen zu hören sind. Im Laufe ihrer mehr als 40 Jahre langen Karriere veröffentlichte sie 16 Soloalben, darunter "Seven Waves", "The Velocity of Love" und zuletzt ihre Comeback Quadraphonic Buchla Modular Synth Performance Aufnahme "LIVE Quadraphonic". Sie hat die Stimme und den Sound für Ballys bahnbrechenden "Xenon" - Flipper geliefert, Coca-Colas Pop-and-Pour-Sound kreiert, Ataris Soundlogo entworfen, Konzerte auf der ganzen Welt gespielt und sich einen Platz als eine der kreativsten Komponistinnen der Welt geschaffen. "A Life in Waves", ein Dokumentarfilm über Cianis Leben und Werk, wurde 2017 bei SXSW uraufgeführt und kann auf allen digitalen Plattformen angesehen werden.
Robert Johnson Theorie
In Kooperation mit Heiner Blum und Patrick Raddatz von der Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach präsentiert ROBERT JOHNSON THEORIE in lockerer Folge prominente, fachkundige Gäste – Soundspezialist_innen, Musiker_innen, Autor_innen, DJs – mit Vorträgen zum Thema Clubkultur, Produktion und Rezeption elektronischer Musik.
ROBERT JOHNSON THEORIE entstand Ende 2010 nach einer Idee von Heiner Blum und Christian Janecke von der HfG Offenbach. Unter dem Titel PRESETS fand am 4. Dezember 2010 die erste Veranstaltung mit Johannes Ullmaier und Thomas Meinecke statt.

Suzanne Ciani is an electronic music pioneer whose work has been featured in countless commercials, video games, and feature films. Over the course of her 40+ year career, she's released 16 solo albums, including "Seven Waves," "The Velocity of Love," and most recently, her comeback quadraphonic Buchla modular synth performance recording “LIVE Quadraphonic.” She’s provided the voice and sounds for Bally's groundbreaking "Xenon" pinball machine, created Coca-Cola’s pop-and-pour sound, designed Atari’s sound logo, played concerts all over the globe, and carved out a niche as one of the most creatively successful female composers in the world. "A Life in Waves", a documentary about Ciani’s life and work, debuted at SXSW in 2017 and is available to watch on all digital platforms.
ROBERT JOHNSON THEORIE is a collaborative Project consisting of Heiner Blum and Patrick Raddatz from Hochschule für Gestaltung in Offenbach. They have been inviting world class sound specialists, writers, musicians and djs to explore the world of club culture, electronic music productions and more topics of this realm.
The project has been founded by Heiner Blum and Christian Janeke by 2010 und the 'PRESETS' moniker featuring Johannes Ullmaier and Thomas Meinecke.
