Last entry is at 18:00. If you arrive after last entry you will be denied entry and no refunds will be processed for late arrivals.
Set times will be published closer to the time of the event.
You must be 18+ to attend and have valid and in-date government issued photographic ID. These include drivers licenses, provisional licenses, passports, and cards bearing the PASS hologram such as citizencards.
One bag per person is allowed, which must be smaller than an A4 sized piece of paper (height: 30cm, width: 21cm, depth: 8cm).
Lockers will be available to rent so that you can safely store your valuables, as well as phone charging facilities and cash machines.
You cannot bring your own food, drink, or alcohol.
Free, unlimited, clean drinking water will be available from water stations inside the festival. You can bring an empty bottle to fill up.
We recommend printing all e-tickets, upgrades, and addons.
The easiest way to get to the festival is by taking the train to Upminster Station and then getting on our shuttles.
The nearest train/tube station is Upminster, which is served by C2C rail, the District Line, and the Romford-Upminster Overground line.
Trains will be running in both directions on the C2C line:
Upminster to Fenchurch Street – calling at Barking, Limehouse, and Fenchurch Street
Upminster to Shoeburyness – calling at West Horndon, Laindon, Basildon, Pitsea, Benfleet, Leigh on Sea, Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend Central, Southend East, Thorpe Bay, and Shoeburyness
The last C2C trains will be at 02:00 on both nights. The last district line train will be at 23:30.
You will be able to use oyster cards or contactless payment.
We will be operating shuttles between Upminster Station and the FSTVL site on a loop all day.

Please do not walk from Upminster to the event site. There are no pavements and the roads are not lit. Please use the free regular shuttle bus service in operation. Remember, we’re looking out for your safety, so please take advantage of this FREE service.

SHUTTLE BUSES:
We will be operating shuttles between Upminster Station and the FSTVL site on a loop all day. This will run on a continuous loop to take people to/from the station UNTIL 01:30 AM.
There is an additional FREE Bus service on Ockendon Road outside the Tey Café opposite the Hunstman & Hounds pub & restaurant.
AVELEY CUSTOMERS: We will be running a FREE shuttle from the Park Tavern Bus Stop in Aveley to Event site / Event site back to Park Tavern to prevent EVERYONE from walking down Aveley Road where there is no pavement. Runs UNTIL 01:00 AM.
We Are FSTVL & Ensign Bus are also working to provide shuttles to local destinations:
EVENT SITE TO RAINHAM, ELM PARK, HORNCHURCH HIGH STREET – multiple buses from the event site 21.00 – 01.00.
EVENT SITE TO GRAYS, AVELEY, LAKESIDE – multiple buses dropping off from the event site 21.00 – 01.00.
EVENT SITE TO BRENTWOOD, BILLERICAY, CHELMSFORD – There will be 4 departures at 00.00, 00.30, 01.00 & 01.30. Tickets are required – CLICK HERE!
We are also offering free shuttles to the following local hotels in order of drop off:
Willow Farm Premier Inn. Runs from 21:00 until 00:30 departing at least every 30 minutes.
Thurrock West Premier Inn. Runs from 21:00 until 00:30 departing at least every 30 minutes.
The Thurrock Hotel. Runs from 21:00 until 00:30 departing at least every 30 minutes.
Travelodge Thurrock M25. Runs from 21:00 until 00:30 departing at least every 30 minutes.
Ibis London Thurrock M25. Runs from 21:00 until 00:30 departing at least every 30 minutes.
LONDON/M25 COACH:
To make it easier for you to get home after the FSTVL, we’re putting on a selection of coaches which serve London and the surrounding M25 area. Each service begins at midnight. When buying your ticket, please make sure you purchase for the correct day.

We will have a dedicated pick-up/drop-off point at our on-site transport hub, as well as a black taxi rank, and an Uber pick-up point.
There will be a car park, advance purchase tickets for the limited space will be released soon.
Once you reach the site you will be directed by our traffic management team. This area will be monitored by security at all times.
