This April see’s General Public & Tuckshop bring a heavy hitting split level line up to the dance floor of The Jago!
A night of Afro infused dance music down stairs brought to you by Dj Nomad (Africaine 808) and SNO from one of Manchesters most reputable labels ‘Banana Hill’. Nomad will will be taking the headline reins serving up base heavy, low slung groove ladened Afro influenced chug. Sure to have your arms on an incline. Dj Nomads recent re edit of Mizik Bell by Esnard Boisdur took the back wall of record stores by storm. Not often gracing London’s clubs this is some one definitley not to be missed!
On the up talent ‘SNO’ will be whipping things up down stairs, flying the flag for Manchester she will giving us a taste of her talent with her eclectic collection dig's, finds and downloads. You can also catch her on the NTS MCR air waves for her monthly SNO show.
Up stairs with we are pulling no punches with TRC founder and Church Of Sound Organiser Lexus Blondin. Along with Guilem Monin who is responsible for Label that keeps giving ‘ Social Joy’. They’s be taking you on a journey through the length and breadth of their musical digs. Expect Jazz, Afro laden grooves, Latin beats and beyond.
