Dear ZODIAKers, it's always with great enthousiasm that we let you discover artists with so much personality. For this one, we introduce you two huge talents. One from Glasgow in the name of Quail, one from Berlin in the name of Dj T.A.G. - Tresor / Berlin. One has released on famous Soma Records, the other is a Tresor.Berlin (OFFICIAL) furniture. They will be supported by Rafael Munoz in the main room. On the top floor, keys are given to Veebo & Desciz . for the night and we heard that they handle it the best way possible.

Quail heads up Glasgow based techno syndicate, Animal Farm, out of the world famous Sub Club. Surpassing 15 years in existence, Animal Farm has been a beacon for the underground Techno sound of Glasgow, always remaining true to their roots. As well as his own AFR label, Quail has released on seminal Scottish Techno label, Soma Records where he works day to day as part of the label management and A&R team.

Defined by influences from the 80s New Wave sound and the dark synth-pop (Depeche Mode), he found his way quickly to electronic music. In 1997 T.A.G. began collecting the corresponding equipment for the task and with enthusiasm began spinning records. From 1997-1999 his sound took on the Detroit/Techno/Minimal style and thereafter the influence of Tresor Records’ artists such as Cristian Vogel and Neil Landstrumm helped him develop his current Brighton techno sound. Starting in 1999 he began to get regular bookings and also through his own parties Ton-Art he gained a name for himself regionally. After several years and successful gigs, in 2003 he played in Tresor New Faces night which gave him the incentive to try out for the Tresor Award. Ultimately he was selected among the top three by demonstrating his mixing and sound technique.

Rafael Munoz is an electronic & techno music artist from Brussels, deeply involved in the prolific underground scene of the capital of Europe. DJ and producer for many years now, he already performed in many places (Fuse, ZODIAK, Mr Wong, ON.Afternoon, Electronic Garden, MUDAM, Les Jardins Sonores, etc..)
He’s also part of the ON. collective and organizes the ON.Afternoon open air party's since 2016.
Multi-skilled and versatile musician, he likes to see different universes combine and influence each other to blur sound frontiers. His music is an explosion of colours and raw and complex sound textures.
Influenced by his years in the electroacoustic section of the Royal Conservatory of Mons, Rafael Munoz also performs live electronics and composes contemporary electroacoustic music, scores for movies and audiovisual installation.

Veebo his story unfolds more than a decade ago as a local radio DJ in Antwerp. His show was picked up and he started performing in the rich nightlife of this vivid city. From this moment on he got more and more connected to Berlin, where microhouse and minimal music are intensively celebrated. He ended up playing infamous clubs like Club Der Visionaere, Griessmeuhle or Golden Gate, always concentrating on his deep and complex sound. Late 2017 a new chapter started with the birth of his record label Deep Down, founded with his good friend Delbaen. Besides for his own label, Veebo did several EPs for What Now Becomes and Soblazn in the last few years. Early 2020 already started fruitful as he contributed his track Control Mango for a various artists compilation by the Ukrainian based label Navidu. Microhouse at its best!
