UNTER High Tea Rules
■ Be aware of the extreme danger of fentanyl-laced substances proliferating in our borough; to this end, we will have FREE fentanyl testing strips available at the bar. Please test your wares to be safe!
■ Our staff are trained in the administration of Naloxone/NARCAN; NARCAN kits are available at the bar with the bar staff.
■ Please take care of one another and keep each other safe! If you see someone who isn’t feeling well, immediately alert our staff and we will swiftly handle situations to the best of our ability. Please don’t leave your friends without help!
■ Our only effective onsite means of harm reduction in case of serious drug overdoses is calling an ambulance. As an underground party, calling an ambulance means being shut down, getting arrested, and sent to jail--all our staff--all of us. Please understand that this precarious position leaves us little choice in the matter of banning especially volatile and dangerous substances, such as GHB/GBL.
Anyone seen in possession, using, or aiding in use of GBL or GHB at any UNTER event will be swiftly escorted out, and banned indefinitely from upcoming events.
■ We seek to create and maintain a safe and diverse space where consent and respect are our first priorities.
■ Please keep your phones in your pockets at all times: *absolutely* no photos or videos allowed.
■ Do not willfully damage or compromise the space or its guests or employees in any manner.
■ Harassment of any kind (unwanted contact, verbal or physical abuse, racism, homophobia, transphobia, body-shaming, misogyny, etc.) will NOT be tolerated and will lead to immediate discharge from the venue; this includes any sort of harassment or aggression both inside and outside the space.
