Liebe Tickethalter*in,
leider müssen wir euch mitteilen, dass die WAVE Veranstaltung am 2.7.2022 nicht stattfinden kann und auf das nächste Jahr verschoben wird.
Es wird zudem einen Venue switch geben, wir wollten die Party noch im Spätsommer stattfinden lassen, allerdings ist die neue Location komplett für dieses Jahr ausgebucht. Daher können wir erst nächstes richtig starte.
Alle die Ihre tickets weiterhin behalten, werden von uns im Winter / Frühjahr 2022 rechtzeitig benachrichtigt, wann die Party dann stattfinden wird.
Ansonsten entschuldigen wir uns noch einmal ausdrücklich für alle Unannehmlichkeiten, die dadurch bei euch entstehen und hoffen auf euer Verständnis !
Die Tickets behalten Ihre Gültigkeit oder können bis 30.06.2022 zurückgegeben werden.
Dazu folgt bitte den Anweisungen von Resident Advisor, welche Ihr weiter unten in der Email findet.

Dear ticket holder,
unfortunately we have to inform you that the WAVE event on 2.7.2022 cannot take place and will be postponed to next year.
There will also be a venue switch, we wanted to hold the party in late summer, but the new location is completely booked for this year. Therefore we can only start next year.
All those who keep their tickets will be informed in winter / spring 2022 when the party will take place.
Otherwise we apologize once again for any inconvenience caused to you and hope for your understanding!
The tickets keep their validity or can be returned until 30.06.2022.

Wenn Sie Ihr Ticket behalten möchten, gehen Sie zu Ihrer Bestellung im Bereich "Meine Tickets" und klicken Sie auf "Tickets behalten".
Ihr Ticket ist dann für das neue Datum gültig. Wenn Sie eine Rückerstattung bevorzugen, finden Sie in Ihrer Bestellhistorie auch eine Schaltfläche "Tickets zurückerstatten".
Wenn Sie darauf klicken, wird die Erstattung auf das Bankkonto zurücküberwiesen, das Sie für den Kauf Ihrer Tickets verwendet haben. Es kann bis zu 5 Arbeitstage dauern, bis die Rückerstattung auf Ihrem Konto eingeht. Wenn Sie Ihre Ticketkosten lieber spenden möchten, klicken Sie auf "Donate to Save Our Scene".
Mit diesem Klick spenden Sie an den Veranstalter und helfen, die Szene am Leben zu erhalten.
Sie haben 10 Tage Zeit, sich für eine dieser Optionen zu entscheiden. Danach sind sie nicht mehr verfügbar, Ihr Ticket bleibt also für das neue Datum gültig.

Comms for ticket buyers via Resident Advisor:
To keep your ticket, head to your order in the “My Tickets” section and click "Keep Tickets". Your ticket will be valid for the new date.
If you would prefer a refund, there will also be a "Refund Tickets" button in your order history. Click this and a refund will be processed back into the bank account used to purchase your tickets.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to land in your account. If you would prefer to donate your ticket cost, click “Donate to Save Our Scene”. By clicking this you are donating to the promoter and helping keep the scene afloat.
You have 10 days to choose one of these options after which they will no longer be available, so your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

In order to protect all guests, employees and artists, we kindly ask everyone to comply with the following hygiene measures:
- A current negative covid test (not older than 24h) is required for entry
if you are not fully vaccinated
(free test centre @ Covid Berlin / Landsberger Allee 270 will be open until 8pm)
- You need to wear a mask or similar at all times
- When queuing at the bar or toilet please keep 1,5m distance.
- Registration on the door required via QR code or signing in on paper
