NORM DE PLUME (Delusions Of Grandeur, UK)
Norm started DJ'ing in '96 and moved to London to DJ and work in the music industry in 2001. He played deep & underground house & disco in the UK's capital for the following 16 years. He cites his biggest influences as Ron Hardy, Theo Parrish and Sound Stream. As a producer he's released EPs on Kolour Ltd, Delusions Of Grandeur, Black Riot, Better Listen & Plumage and has remixed the likes of Tornado Wallace & Ben La Desh amongst others. His music has found global support from many DJs, producers and radio hosts. He’s worked for Jimpster’s Freerange Records and Delusions of Grandeur labels since 2003, producing and presenting the Delusions Of Grandeur podcast for 6 years. In 2010 he launched his own vinyl-only imprint "Plumage". He's a regular at the Delusions of Grandeur label parties at Fabric, Corsica Studio's & The Victoria in London & his international touring has taken him across northern Europe, to South America and Australasia. Norm relocated to Sydney in 2017. His club sound is a mixture of deep, filtered dubby & underground house and disco edits.
GARY WARD (Uber, Birmingham, UK)
Resident DJ and Promoter for Uber/Body People, Birmingham, now residing in Sydney. Heavily influenced by Soul, Funk, Disco and Hip Hop from a young age, Gary began Djing in 1996 and has been a regular on the Birmingham club scene since, playing at most of the city’s club nights and venues. Gary has regularly played across the UK and Europe and has featured at venues including Ministry Of Sound, Le Queen (Paris), Prive (Talinn), El Divino (Ibiza), Cafe Mambo (Ibiza), Il Ciclope (Naples), Thompsons Garage (Belfast) & Mecca (Prague) and events such as the Soul Village Weekender and a residency at the Vocal Booth Weekender in Spain. Prior to moving to Sydney, he promoted the Uber parties in Birmingham which brought Birmingham debuts for the likes of Detroit Swindle, Max Graef, Jimpster, Atjazz, Rahaan, Franck Roger, Andre Lodemann, Halo, Shur-I-Kan, Opolopo, Lay-far, Frankie Feliciano, Thatmanmonkz as well as co-promoting parties playing alongside the likes of Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Jazzanova, Greg Wilson. During his time in Sydney, he's been heavily involved in the Big Fun parties as well as playing for the likes of S.A.S.H, Rotary Disco, Slyfox, Flinders and Stanleys
ANDREW FAZZOLARI (Attic, Sydney)
Andrew is one half of Sydney's 'Attic' a joint venture with Brendan Clay, devised as a medium to promote their love for low, slow grooves, thick basslines and loose percussion. Attic is tailored to those searching for an avenue for deep, soulful, disco-infused and melodically-centric house music. Fundamentally, its focus is the promotion of quality, hand-picked local talent; while regularly welcoming selectors from around the globe, mirroring its ethos and vision. To date, Attic has toured/hosted: Fouk, Nachtbraker, Folamour, Laurence Guy, Cody Currie, Nachtbraker, Bellaire, Tilman, Ethyène & Bobby Analog. As well as hosting a range of standalone events; the Attic flag has flown proudly all around Sydney for invitational takeovers, radio appearances, and exclusive showcase sets.
