『KANDYTOWNクルーによる、グッドミュージックな空間』
渋谷Contact Tokyoにて開催のKANDYTOWNのDJ、MASATOとMinnesotahによるマンスリーパーティMARI。
ヒップホップクルーのDJでありながらディスコ、ハウス、レアグルーヴ〜ファンクそしてもちろん現行ヒップホップ〜R&Bまで幅広く定義したダンスミュージックを選曲。
音楽だけでなく、サブスペースには次世代のアートシーンを牽引する気鋭のドローイングアーティストSUGIによるセレクトのショップやフードが立ち並ぶ。
彼らが作る地下のクラブに広がる祭りのような空間は毎月凄まじい盛り上がりを見せている。
12月の開催はメインフロアStudio Xを開放し、10月に2ndアルバム「Faveur」をリリースしたシンガーソングライターMALIYAがリリースライヴを行う。
またKANDYTOWNのRyohuもゲストアクトとして登場、MALIYAも所属の気鋭のレーベル〈ISLAND STATE MUSIC〉からKohjiyaも急遽出演決定。
さらにダンスフロアと称されたContactではLicaxxx、オカモトレイジ、The AntoinettesがDJで出演。史上最も豪華なゲストを迎えて2021年最後のMARIが開催される。

The monthly party “MARI” held at Contact Tokyo hosted by KANDYTOWN DJs MASATO and Minnesotah.
The DJs coming from the Hip Hop crew plays a wide range of refined Disco, rare grooves and Funk, and of course the current Hip Hop and R&B tunes.
The sub-space will feature not only music. A select shop by drawing artist SUGI, a figure leading the next generation of art scene, as well as food vendors.
The atmosphere the two create every month in the basement club of Shibuya always stirs up the crowd.
We'll be opening up the main floor Studio X for December featuring a release live performance by singer/songwriter MALIYA, who released her 2nd album「Faveur」in October.
Other guest acts include Ryochu from KANDYTOWN, and Kohjiya from〈ISLAND STATE MUSIC〉, and up-and-coming artist from the same label as MALIYA.
DJ acts in the dance floor (Contact) will be Licaxxx, Reiji Okamoto, and The Antoinettes.
MARI closes off 2021 with the hottest guests in their party history.
