-Hailing from Seattle, Corey Baker has been known as a gypsy. He left the rain for the island state, first Maui, and then Oahu, where he established residencies at The Wave Waikiki and The Maze. Frequently visiting San Francisco, he played guest spots at Ruby Skye, The End Up, The Top and Kelly's Mission Rock. Next stop was Atlanta, where he worked with Satellite Records as a buyer, specializing in electronic music.
Manhattan followed, where he joined forces with Unknown People, a successful crew of DJs and promoters. His NY residencies included Bed, Movida, and Cotton. Producing original tracks since 1999, he has collaborated with artists such as DJ Fame (Dub- sided), B. McCarthy (3rd floor Prod.), Jon Lee (Tilted), Ebar (Quarterlife music).
He now resides in London, where he produces a unique blend of wonky, electro, funk-filled tech house. His style and sound is a huge staple in London's underground scene.
On tour with his latest release, “Holes”, we welcome him back to the Islands.
