Alex Ranerro is an DJ / producer and SOLVD founder from Slovenia. He started his music career roughly a decade ago when his first record was released. His earlier musical outputs found its way on the legendary labels like Bedrock, Glasgow Underground, and Nite Grooves just to mention few, while his recent releases on labels such as Djebali, Bondage Music, PIV, Politics Of Dancing and HedZup go way deeper but still maintaining his signature groove.
Last few years saw him progress as a DJ as well playing around the Europe in clubs and venues in Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Luzern, Belgrade, Copenhagen, Trieste and many others. Since 2019, Alex is also running bookings for one of the best hidden secrets, Butik Festival. With regular support from DJs such as Andrey Pushkarev, Cinthie, Janeret, Archie Hamilton, Chris Stussy and with his monthly SOLVD residency at Ljubljana’s finest underground Klub K4, Alex is quickly becoming one of the Balkan’s top prospects.
