- Your summer starts here... Queen's Yard Summer Party is back, for another year of dancing in our beloved Hackney Wick to break the summer in style! As the new flats spring up and the landscape of the Wick changes, we keep finding new nooks and crannies to pop up dancing spaces in. Who knows how long we'll be able to continue? But for now we'll dance till the sun sets on Hackney Wick. This year expect all your returning favourite venues including Colour Factory, The Yard, CRATE, Boat Live, Number 90, 9294, alongside a bunch new spots that we've scouted and can't wait to show you and bring to life with a slew of the best party crews and DJ's the UK has to offer. WHAT DOES MY TICKET GET ME? Your ticket grants you entry to all of the programmed venues across the festival. This runs from midday to 10:30pm. After 10:30 some of the venues may carry on, but this is not part of the festival program. Official afterparties will happen at Colour Factory and Village Underground. WHAT IF A VENUE IS FULL? There is ample capacity across the festival for everyone to be dancing in venues at any one point. At peak times some of the larger venues do get busy but we encourage you to explore all the spaces that the festival has to offer, often we hide some of the most exciting artists in the most obscure spaces. WHAT DOES THE TIME MEAN ON MY TICKET? Tickets are listed with final entry times, you must arrive before the time listed on your ticket. Tickets with earlier entry times will always be the cheapest option. This year we have over 40 crews bringing their talent down to Hackney Wick or the first dance of the summer. Festival season is going to be here sooner than you think, and we can’t wait. With Love, the QYSP crew x
