Created in 2005, NAME Festival grew up to become the biggest 100% electronic music festival North of Paris in France. Ellen Allien, DJ, producer, and BPitch label founder is the godmother of the festival since its the first edition.
With international headliners and newcomers from local and international scene, the festival is now a renowned step for artists. With around 10 000 to 12 000 festival-goers at the Main Event each year, the festival choosed to keep a human-sized shape in a warehouse environnement.
Around the main event, festival-goers can enjoy talks, free events, and electronic music workshop for all ages in Roubaix and Lille.
Away from big scale globalized and normalized entertainment, NAME Festival defends its independance along with many other festivals in France and through its federation DeConcert! & France Festivals.
