Celebrating the past and present of UK club music while scoping out the future, Plaza is a record label and club night focusing on the leftfield and underground sides of UKG, breaks and house.
Having recently relocated to Manchester, Plaza is kicking things off with its debut show at Stage and Radio. The lineup is headlined by label-heads Cortese in the run-up to their upcoming releases with Shall Not Fade sub-label Time is Now and Brighton bassheads Southpoint.
Joining them on the night will be label releasees Sattam and Baloo, the former on a hot run of releases under the likes of Space Disco and Eton Messy and the latter a staple member of the Brighton club scene with releases on Southpoint and Russian UKG label GLB DOM.
The night will also feature up-and-coming DJ and producer Inca who's self-releases have been gaining a lot of traction down south, and will be hosted by Mason Hilliah, an MC in fine form at the minute with top-draw releases of his own.
